The success of your planning doesn't rest on the ideas, but rather, implementing those ideas. It's true, companies need to foster innovation in their business planning, but more importantly, they need to create a business environment that enables team members to execute these ideas with an "on_time, on_budget" mindset. That is where the work begins.
Production Operation _ If a product must be manufactured, what is the process? Will the work be done on_site or subcontracted? Who are the subcontractor(s)? If on_site, what space, equipment, machinery, production employees are needed? What suppliers are needed? Who are they? How will quality be assured? What is the anticipated production output?
